I'm Ava Famoso, a Virginia Tech marketing student with experience spanning agency social media, college athletics, and startup marketing. I'm deeply competitive, and I care about becoming better at whatever I take on. That mindset came from being an athlete, but it now shapes the way I approach my work and the standards I set for myself. Once I believe in something, I keep pushing until the final result feels thoughtful and worth putting my name on.
My passion for health is just as personal, and yes, I'm the friend with strong opinions on matcha and skincare. I'm always chasing a stronger version of myself, which is why I connect naturally to beauty, fashion, health and wellness. I'm inspired by brands that give people the confidence to invest in themselves and feel excited about who they are becoming. I want to create work that leaves people with that same feeling. I'm ready to learn and contribute to brands with a pulse that know what they stand for and look good doing it. If you're looking for someone who is hungry, I'm already at the table.

I have a sharp eye for what reads as real versus what reads as an ad, and I build every collaboration around that instinct. Getting it right takes taste, timing, and a little obsession, which happen to be three things I bring to everything.

Strategy, platform selection, and campaigns that get opened, not archived.
I built a startup's email program from nothing, mapping the flows and shaping a voice that feels consistent whether someone finds it on the feed or in their inbox. Starting from a blank slate is where I do my best thinking.
Your body logged a good week.
Recovery climbed to its highest point in three weeks. Three signals moved together, and they point one direction.
Your dose timing is landing. Hold the protocol through the weekend and let the trend build.
Experiential work that turns an audience into a crowd. I think about the moment someone will remember long after they leave, then build everything backward from there. Spreadsheets and color-coded timelines are basically my love language. It takes my Type A organization to make a room feel effortless.

Strategy doc to finished post, and every unglamorous step in between. I like the parts other people skip, because that's usually where a good feed is actually won.
